Terms and Conditions

G & G RACK INSTALLATION

  • Agreement to Terms

By engaging G & G Rack Installation for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with any service agreement.

 

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.

  • Services Description

G & G Rack Installation provides professional rack installation services for industrial and commercial facilities, including but not limited to:

 

  1. Warehouse rack systems installation

  2. Pallet racking installation and configuration

  3. Rack inspection and safety assessments

  4. Rack repair and maintenance services

  5. Custom storage solutions

 

All services are performed by trained and certified professionals in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.

  •  Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

 

  1. A deposit may be required before work commences
  2. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
  3. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date
  4. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month
  5. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

 

Accepted payment methods include check, bank transfer, and approved credit accounts.

  • Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation completion. This warranty covers:

 

  1. Defects in installation workmanship
  2. Structural failures due to improper installation
  3. Compliance with agreed-upon specifications
  • Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms:

 

  1. Cancellations must be made in writing
  2. Cancellations made more than 7 days before scheduled work: full refund of deposit
  3. Cancellations made 3-7 days before scheduled work: 50% of deposit retained
  4. Cancellations made less than 3 days before scheduled work: deposit non-refundable
  5. If work has commenced, you are responsible for payment of work completed plus materials

 

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case any deposits will be fully refunded or credited toward rescheduled work.

  • Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

 

For existing contracts, the terms in effect at the time of contract execution shall govern.
